About NH Energy

NH Energy, LLC was founded by Ross Nobles and Dane Hardy to invest in oil and gas opportunities in emerging resource plays. NH Energy and its associated entities have interests in hundreds of wells throughout Texas and continue to acquire leasehold positions, non-operated working interests and minerals in areas that have significant upside potential.

As of January 2016, the partners of NH Energy have raised $30 million to purchase minerals and royalties as Flatland Mineral Fund, LP.

Joseph Ross Nobles has over thirteen years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. After working for several years as an independent landman, he co-founded Nobles & Hardy, LP, an oil and gas lease brokerage firm, in 2008. Ross received his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and his JD from Southern Methodist University School of Law.

Charles Dane Hardy began his career in the oil and gas business as an independent landman in 2007. He subsequently co-founded Nobles & Hardy, LP, in 2008. Dane received his BBA in Finance and Economics from Texas Tech University and his JD from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

Ross and Dane are also the Managing Members of the following entities:

NH Minerals, LLC: a mineral acquisition and holding company;

NH Operating, LLC: an oil and gas operating company; and

NH Real Properties, LLC: a real estate investment company.
